Providing confidence in your property purchase. Helping to prevent unwanted surprises (and cost).
We offer detailed property inspections and RICS Regulated reports to help guide your property purchase. You can rest assured that we will provide a comprehensive report tailored to the property in question and your specific queries giving you an insight into ongoing defects, required repairs and potential issues in the future. An RICS Home Survey report can help to save money, not only in the purchase of the property, but also by identifying issues early on before the need for more significant repairs or replacements are required. As an RICS Regulated firm you can be assured that every process involved in your inspection will be carried out to the highest possible standards and regulations. Details regarding the RICS, Regulation and Professional Practice can be found here.
The RICS Condition Report should be used for a conventional house, flat or bungalow built from common building materials and in reasonable condition. For a full description of the survey please click here.
The RICS Level 2 Survey (with or without valuation), formally known as the HomeBuyer Survey is aimed at properties aging between approximately 1900 - present day. For a full description of the survey please click here.
The RICS Level 3 survey offers the most comprehensive survey aimed at older, and extended /developed properties. For a full description of the survey please click here.

Why Use an RICS Registered Valuer?
First & foremost you have the assurance that the valuation will be carried out by a person who follows the strict RICS processes & standards applicable to the property valuation process as laid out within the RICS Global Standards 'Red Book'.
It is important to remember that the best valuation of your property is NOT the highest valuation. The best valuation will always be a fair & objective valuation. The best property valuation is less likely to be challenged or be a source of conflict.
Of late there has been a rise in so called FREE valuation services on-line. In our experience many if not all of these services simply provide you with an 'estimate' based on local property sales data. Even this so called FREE valuation estimate comes at a cost of you handing over both your personal e-mail address, contact number & your agreement to be contacted by members of what in effect is a sales gateway for a raft of property services.
